Shipping Policy

All fully paid orders will undergo review, packing and shipment arrangement within 1–4 business days. Weekends and official national holidays are excluded from processing schedules. Pre-order and custom-made goods display separate production and dispatch timelines on individual product pages.

Standard international shipping estimated transit time after warehouse dispatch: US mainland 7–14 business days; UK, Canada, Australia 8–16 business days; EU territories 10–20 business days. All delivery windows are approximate benchmarks. Delays stemming from customs hold-ups, local courier backlogs or severe weather are outside our operational control and do not constitute delivery default.

Shipping charges calculate automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions and receiving region. Free shipping promotions only apply to orders meeting the clear minimum spend threshold advertised across the site. No additional delivery fees will be charged once payment has been finalized.

All import tariffs, customs clearance administrative fees and destination sales taxes are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer. We will truthfully declare product value and category in compliance with cross-border logistics regulations and cannot cover any customs-related costs incurred by customers.

Once items ship out, a unique tracking number and logistics lookup link will be sent to your registered email address. If tracking records show no movement for 7 consecutive days or longer, submit a support request for logistics investigation.

Parcels returned to our warehouse due to recipient refusal, expired pickup deadlines or invalid delivery addresses incur return shipping fees payable by the buyer. Should you request re-delivery after return, all new outbound freight must be pre-paid. If you apply for a full product refund after goods are sent back, original checkout delivery fees will not be reimbursed.

We do not provide delivery to PO boxes, military restricted zones and internationally sanctioned regions. Logistics carriers may suspend service to high-risk flagged addresses, and we hold authority to cancel such pending shipments.
