Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window counted from the courier’s confirmed delivery date of your parcel. All formal return requests must be submitted to customer service within this timeframe; late applications will not be accepted for processing.

Products qualify for return inspection only when meeting all standards: items remain unused, unmodified and retain original brand-new condition; full original packaging, hang tags, accessories and instruction guides are intact and returned together; goods do not fall into non-refundable categories listed below.

For hygiene and customized product management, these items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded: skincare and cosmetic goods, intimate apparel and disposable single-use items, personalized engraved/printed custom merchandise, clearance goods clearly labeled “Final Sale Non-Returnable”.

If return cause originates from our error including factory defects, mis-shipped items or transit damage, we supply free prepaid return labels and cover all return logistics fees. You may select either full merchandise value refund or complimentary replacement shipment with zero extra cost.

If you return items voluntarily due to personal preference, unsuitable sizing or mismatched expectations, all outbound and return shipping fees shall be borne by you. Initial delivery charges paid at checkout are non-refundable. Full product value refunds will only be issued after our warehouse receives and completes inspection of returned goods.

Return operation steps: Submit your order number and clear product photos/videos to official support; wait for formal return approval and obtain designated warehouse return address; securely repack items and ship the parcel, then share the return tracking number with support for filing; warehouse inspection takes 3–6 business days after parcel receipt; approved refunds transfer back to your original payment channel within 6–9 business days.

If you receive broken, scratched or factory-defective items, send photo/video evidence of both product and outer shipping packaging to support within 7 calendar days post delivery confirmation. We will arrange free replacement or full refund, and may waive the requirement to return damaged goods at our discretion.

Shipping fees, customs duties and import taxes cannot be refunded unless the mistake originates from our warehouse dispatch team. Parcels marked fully delivered by couriers but lost after recipient receipt are not eligible for full compensation refunds. Goods mailed back without prior official return approval will be rejected by warehouse staff and cannot trigger refund procedures.

Exchange applications for different sizes, colors or styles must be sent within the valid 30-day return period. Exchange freight cost allocation follows identical rules as standard return shipments.
